Return & Exchange Policy
Strict Return Conditions
- Returns only accepted if tags are intact and item unworn.
- All returned items undergo inspection. Items showing wear, damage, or missing tags will be declined.
Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 3 calendar days of delivery.
- Returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Buyer-Paid Return Shipping
- Buyer pays return shipping and is responsible for loss or damage in transit.
- We use a trackable service with insurance and provide tracking details.
Restocking Fee
- All accepted returns incur a 10% restocking fee.
- The fee is deducted from store credit issued after inspection.
Exchange-Only Policy
- No cash refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
- Store credit can be applied toward any item at Archive Luxe and does not expire.
Worldwide Shipping & Import Duties
- Archive Luxe ships worldwide.
- Buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees assessed by the destination country.
- If a shipment is refused due to duties/taxes, return shipping and carrier fees will be deducted from store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked “Final Sale,” altered pieces, intimate apparel, or items missing tags are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Archive Luxe within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, you will receive instructions and must ship within 3 days of approval.
- Upon receipt and inspection, store credit (minus the 10% restocking fee and any applicable shipping/fees) will be issued.
Standard Clauses
- Archive Luxe is not responsible for post‑purchase wear or age‑related changes in vintage items.
- Transit delays or customs holds do not extend the return window.
